AlphaScala Pro
Advanced SMC + ICT + WaveTrend + session analysis indicator
AlphaScala Pro
TradingView Pine Script Indicator
Overview
AlphaScala Pro is a comprehensive overlay indicator that combines multiple analytical frameworks into a single, clean visualization. It integrates Smart Money Concepts (SMC) for institutional order flow analysis, ICT methodology for liquidity sweeps and fair value gaps, WaveTrend oscillation for momentum confirmation, and session analysis for time-based confluence. Designed for serious traders who want institutional-grade analysis without cluttering their charts with multiple indicators.
How It Works
The indicator runs four parallel analysis engines: (1) SMC Engine detects order blocks, breaker blocks, and market structure shifts. (2) ICT Engine identifies fair value gaps, liquidity voids, and optimal trade entries. (3) WaveTrend Engine calculates momentum using a channel-smoothed oscillator. (4) Session Engine maps London, New York, and Asian trading sessions with volume-weighted ranges. Signals are generated when 2+ engines converge on the same directional bias.

Use Cases
Scalping (1m-5m)
Use WaveTrend + Session boxes to identify high-probability entries during London/NY overlap.
Day Trading (15m-1H)
Combine SMC order blocks with ICT fair value gaps for institutional-grade setups.
Swing Trading (4H-1D)
Use full confluence mode — wait for all 4 engines to align for the highest probability trades.
Pro Tips
- Start with default settings and adjust based on your asset class and timeframe.
- For forex, the London/NY session overlap (12:00-16:00 UTC) produces the strongest signals.
- Combine with volume analysis for additional confirmation.
- Use the confluence minimum of 3 for higher timeframes to reduce noise.
- Always use proper risk management — the indicator identifies opportunities, not guaranteed trades.
FAQ
Does it repaint?
No. All signals are generated on bar close and do not repaint. Alerts fire on confirmed signals only.
What timeframes work best?
The indicator works on all timeframes. For scalping, use 1-5m. For day trading, 15m-1H. For swing trading, 4H-1D.
Can I use it on crypto?
Yes. Disable session boxes for 24/7 markets and increase the SMC lookback to 75 for higher volatility.
